Efficient customer service! I showed up for my appointment for my 16 year old daughter, the attendant reviewed my paperwork and my passport photos. Unfortunately, my daughter had to retake her photos, but the attendant recommended I go back to where I purchased my original passport photo and ask for a refund. The Dover Passport facility offers one free resubmission if any errors on the passport.
I highly recommend getting the photos done at the passport office; don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Made appointment online and filled out necessary paperwork ahead of time. My wife and I were finished in about twenty minutes which included taking photographs. The woman (I wish I could remember her name) that processed our applications was great. Friendly and very efficient. Great way to renew passports.

The staff members were very pleasant and helpful! They took care of everything! Our process was very quick. Both of us were done in 20 minutes to renew passport.
Recommend this office for sure!
